Der Clan wurde 2002 gegr\u00fcndet. Damals hatten wir noch eine Webseite basierend auf PHPKit als CMS. Von den 5 Gr\u00fcndungsmitglieder kann ich mich nur noch an die Namen Pit, Speedy und Wolf der Kleine erinnern.<\/p>\n<p>Die Leitung des Clans \u201eThe Nameless Troopers\u201c beschloss dann 2005 die Namens\u00e4nderung in German Gamers Club. Wir waren damals schon mit mehreren Spielen unterwegs. Ein Highlight war die Teilnahme als Beta Tester des Games \u201eS\u00f6ldner Secret Wars\u201c von Wings Studios.<\/p>\n<p>Wir beschlossen dann 2006 die Gr\u00fcndung des Vereins \u201eGerman Gamers Club e.V.\u201c. Der Verein wurde am 30.04.2006 gegr\u00fcndet und im September 2006 beim Amtsgericht Passau in das Vereinsregister (VR 200056) eingetragen.<\/p>\n<p>Da \u00fcber die Jahre von den aktiven Vereinsmitglieder immer mehr verloren gingen und es keine aktiven Vereinsmitglieder mehr gab, wurde der Verein 2018 aus dem Vereinsregister gel\u00f6scht.<\/p>\n<p>Unser Logo wurde von Isus entworfen. Das erste Logo war vollst\u00e4ndig schwarz und trug im Band um den Zylinder den Schriftzug POWW. Dabei handelt es sich um die Anfangsbuchstaben (Pit, O.K.W., Woody, Wolf der Kleine) der Spieler Namen der Clan Verantwortlichen, welche die Idee f\u00fcr den German Gamers Club hatten. Gemeinsam haben wir dann die ArmA \u2013 Liga auf die F\u00fc\u00dfe gestellt und weiter gef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p align=\"\u201djustify\u201d\">Wir waren Betreiber der Support Foren von Armed Assault und ArmA II. In dieser Funktion waren wir auf der Gamescom in Dresden G\u00e4ste von Bohemia Interaktiv und in M\u00fcnchen G\u00e4ste bei Morphicon Limited. Uns wurden im geschlossenen Kreis die unfertigen Spiele vorgestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Wir haben den Closed Beta Test von Iron Front &#8211; Liberation 1944 f\u00fcr Deep Silver organisiert.<\/p>\n<p>Beim Hompage Award von Giga.de haben wir 2008 in der Kategorie eSports &amp; Clans den 6. Platz erreicht.<\/p>\n<p>Zu Beginn waren die Spieler \u00fcberwiegend in Teams organisiert. Wir hatten zeitweise sogar eigene Homepages f\u00fcr die Teams. Die zeitliche Reihenfolge stimmt nat\u00fcrlich nicht und es ist nur ein kleiner Ausschnitt dessen was wir \u00fcber die Jahre alles erleben durften. Wer noch Dinge aus der Club Geschichte hat, kann sie mir gerne zukommen lassen.
